Ladies Open - CANCELLED Rules

1. All competitors must be female playing members of a recognised golf club. Fully completed entry forms must be accompanied by a cheque for £100, payable to Sandiway Golf Club, together with a stamped addressed envelope.

2. The Competition will be a Stableford team event, 2 scores to count, with 90% handicap allowance. The maximum handicap allowed is 36.

3. The Club reserves the right to refuse any entry without assigning a reason and entry fees will not be refunded on any entry cancelled after 1st May 2020.

4. All disputes will be referred to the Committee for its decision, which will be final in all instances. In the event of a tie or ties, R & A Rules will apply.

5. Competitors will be made temporary members of Sandiway Golf Club for the day. Smart casual dress is allowed in the Clubhouse.

6. There will be no formal presentation after the event. Prize winners details will be posted on the web site at the earliest opportunity and gift vouchers will be forwarded to the winners by mail.

7. Catering will be available throughout the day. Please order before play on the day of the competition.

8. Players are requested to report to the starter on the 1st tee 10 minutes before their allotted tee time.

9. Entry fees will not be returned if cancellations cannot be replaced.

10. Private buggies are no longer permitted at Sandiway GC. Some Club buggies are available for hire by disabled golfers with an appropriate medical certificate. These buggies must be requested at the time of entry to the competition. Please contact the Club to request a buggy or for full details of the Club’s buggy policy.
